I’ve been in contact with the person behind the Book of VTubers Twitter account since before they had an account. They’ve openly shared their struggle with cancer with the public and are unfortunately unable to make it to OffKai. This was going to be their first ever VTuber convention.
Because they cannot go in person, they’ve graciously allowed me to collect autographs, art, souvenirs, and other memorabilia on their behalf.

There are some limitations on what I can accept due to the fact I only have so much luggage space (I’ll have about 20lbs of extra room) and I’ll be mailing the items directly to Book of VTubers.

No VTuber is too small to contribute. Indies and agency talents equally welcome. If Book of VTubers hasn’t made a card about you, you can still contribute.To contact me, please DM me directly on Twitter or Discord (same username for both, @EldraEcho, please send a first message that makes it clear what this is about.) What I can accept:

  • Autographs and drawings. I’m bringing a blank journal called ‘200 Drawing Prompts’ with a set of felt tip pens. Feel free to use your own art supplies as long as they aren’t messy.

  • Convention-style badge ribbons, pins, business cards, VTuber-related collectible cards. I’m keeping this stuff separate from my own con swag using a pouch system.

  • Small, inexpensive pieces of art or merchandise items that will be easily carried in luggage or mailable. Stuff like keychains, pins, flat acrylic standees, are all very ideal. I don’t know BookOfVTubers’ clothing size so I’d prefer it wasn’t clothes.

  • Personal notes and letters are great, but be aware they might be shown by Book of VTubers on Twitter or a potential Twitch stream or other places. Make sure they do not contain private information like your real name or phone number or any info you would be uncomfortable with having made public.

What I cannot accept due to luggage/mailing limitations:

x Stereotypically difficult or illegal stuff to mail like medications, live or dried flowers, and botanical items, live animals, etc.

x Contents that aren’t SFW/seiso (a tasteful mousepad is fine, but it can’t be like, super NSFW)

x Food and beverage products, in any form including powder

x Most liquids, gels, powders (things like mousepads are fine)

x Anything electronic or containing batteries

What I’m not accepting personally:

  • Money of any kind (gift cards, payment for the shipping, etc.)

  • Valuables or ‘big ticket items’ like diamond rings, family heirlooms, video game consoles, etc.

  • Stuff that’s mailed to me. It has to be in-person stuff I get physically at OffKai.

Digital Goods Policy: Deadline is July 25th, 2026

  • Submit a 4 inch tall × 6 inch wide ready to print image to my email address, eldra echo at gmail dot com (no spaces, all lowercase) before July 25th 2026

  • Please include a text box on the image containing a personal message and your username in English so Book of VTubers can more easily look you up.

  • I’ll print it out at a CVS or something before mailing the box of stuff to Book of VTubers

  • Has to be seiso/entirely SFW, nothing even borderline in terms of sexuality or nudity

  • You should be okay with whatever you send potentially being posted by Book of VTubers to Twitter or other public sites, so please do not include private details like your real name, phone number, etc. that you would not want made public!
